I’m all for honesty so I’m going to say it out loud. You always get better results with more investment in your business and I always suggest you to invest more but for sake of this article, let’s imagine you have $100 in your pocket right now and you want to make $1,000 a month from it (or at least start a business that will pay you $1,000 a month).
From my personal experience with blogging and video marketing; two major internet marketing methods; I find video marketing absolutely powerful. Even if you’re not comfortable to be in front of a camera, you can pay other people to create a video for you.
Ok, now it’s time to go step by step to see how you can turn your $100 into $1,000 in less than a month.
Step 1: Find a product to promote (Cost: 0$)
Clickbank is a good place to start. Signup for a clickbank account (it’s free), find a product that you want to promote and get your affiliate link. If you don’t know how to do that, I suggest you to take a look at Google Sniper coaching training by my friend Sean Bagheri.
Step 2: Find enough information about the product you’re promoting (Cost: 0$)
Do a google search on the product you want to promote to learn something about it (some talking points for your video). For example you can search “product x review” on Google to find some information about it. You can even ask the vendor to give you a preview access. After doing that, take some notes so you won’t forget what you need to say. Remember, the more time you spend to learn about it, the better your video presentation will be.
Step 3: Create your video (Cost: 0 to $50)
Now it’s time to make a major move! creating a video is the simplest thing ever. If you’re comfortable enough, you can record yourself talking about the product (basically a product review). Remember that people LOVE amateur videos, so try to be casual as possible.
If you’re not comfortable with being in front of a camera, you can outsource this part with $50 of your $100 capital! Use Fiverr.com to find someone who is willing to do a testimonial for you, pay them, send them the actual script and wait for them to create your video.
Step 4: Upload your video to YouTube
This is a simple step, just head over YouTube.com and upload your video in there. Remember to choose a catchy title, leave your affiliate link in the description and write a good 300 word description about the video.
Step 5: Optimize your YouTube video for maximum exposure
Video SEO is the most complicated part of this process, you either have to pay someone else to do it for you or learn it by yourself (I suggest you to learn it for the long term solution).
To learn video SEO and optimization, I suggest you to check out Video Traffic Academy. This is a course by one of the most famous YouTubers out there and has incredible content from video creation to video SEO and niche domination.
